It’s undeniable that UK coffee culture is growing, with independent coffee roasteries and cafes popping up on our high streets, and more people than ever seeking out more than just a quick and convenient caffeine boost. People are beginning to pay more attention to where their coffee comes from, the quality of the beans, how they prepare it, and the enjoyment of the experience of their cup of coffee.

I can attest to the quality of the product. When prepared as recommended, the coffee is fruity, aromatic and well balanced, like a good wine, and with no trace of bitterness. Happy to endorse.

I used to drink instant coffee every morning, but The Mexican Coffee Company has converted me! I prepare Sabroso Baile in a cafetière, it’s just as easy and the experience is so much more pleasurable. The quality and taste make me look forward to every cup of coffee.

I had the chance to try three different types of coffee from The Mexican Coffee Company. I have to say, you can really taste the difference from other brands. For the first cup in the morning, my favourite is Sabroso Baile, with its slowly developing, flavourful aftertaste. For my second cup, I like to have Canto de Quetzal, with its milder taste and balanced drinking experience. I prepare my coffee in a Chemex pour over, which works really well with these beans, I would definitely recommend trying them!
