This coffee is from Coatepec (the hill of the serpents), Mexico´s coffee capital. Located in the state of Veracruz, the coffee growing tradition here is ancient and deeply embedded in the culture.
The number of international awards our coffee, Sabroso Baile (Delicious Dance), has received is not surprising, given the scientific approach to its growing and harvesting. Our most superior beans result from the most superior land and harvesting techniques.
Don’t take our word for it; no other Mexican coffee has won so many globally recognised awards!
What makes it special?: The existence of natural nutrients such as sea minerals, zeolites, and dolomite, all of which, integrated with the process of worm composting, remineralise the soil in which this coffee grows. As a result of such a dedicated cultivating process, we obtain a coffee of superior quality which we call bio-coffee. This also means this coffee has a rich chocolatey flavour.

This coffee has been meticulously harvested to ensure only the mature coffee cherries are picked. This way we preserve the intrinsic quality of our coffee.
